EAM Spare Parts Administrator

About the Role

Team leader of the spare parts function, responsible for the day-to-day operations. Interfaces with maintenance departments to develop accurate and reliable Asset and Maintenance BOMs and ensures critical spares are available as required. This position is 100% onsite at our Salt Lake City manufacturing facility with a schedule of 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the spare parts area with responsibility for day-to-day operations.
• Provide guidance and make recommendations regarding spare parts standardization and supplier consolidations.
• Work with maintenance departments and purchasing to improve sourcing methods and pricing.
• Initiate and review RFQs, quotations, and requisitions.
• Oversee the spare parts stocking process and ensure timely issuing of components.
• Responsible for cycle counts and inventory accuracy reporting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or Technical Training desired.
• Five years of Inventory Management experience required.

Skills

• Technical expertise related to molding and automation equipment.
• Oracle applications knowledge, Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Spare parts, Oracle EAM, Inventory, and BOM is highly desired.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is largely a sedentary role operating in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment. Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 25 lbs. Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
