About the role
The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist helps customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create new and engaging ways to serve their customers, and transform the way their business runs to increase profitability.
Responsibilities
- Discover, own, and close opportunities using advanced solution-selling skills.
- Create and negotiate pricing proposals.
- Build trust and mutual respect with both technical and business audiences.
- Communicate complex contractual, technical, and financial details in a simple manner.
- Manage the contract process.
- Travel to meet with clients as required.
- Build Playbooks and manage pipelines.
Pipeline
- Develop and maintain qualified leads.
- Provide technical sales and service support.
- Receive product selling training.
- Work with Dynamics 365 (CRM, Business Central), Microsoft 365, and ISV solutions.
- Participate in Neural Impact Sales Optimization Training focusing on differentiation, engagement, effective discovery, CIO engagement, and project impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling to a technical and business audience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and mutual respect.
- Open to travel.
