Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist

Experience

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Pricing: Excels at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
  • Credible: Experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect.
  • Passionate: Think creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
  • Travel: Must be open to travel to meet with clients.
  • Experience building Playbook; Pipeline

Compensation Plan

  • Target Earnings (OTE): Base $75K-$100K
  • $75K-$100K variable ($500K annual fee)
  • Commission: 15% fixed of the annual contract value (ACV) (without accelerators)
  • Package Details: Contract W2 role for an experienced Tech Seller!
  • Base Salary (Draw): W2
  • Commissioned: from 1-3% on lifetime Support Bonus on Managed Services + Cash Bonus
