About The Job

ITC Technologies is accelerating growth in commercial cloud sales. The mission of Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist is to help customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create new and engaging ways to serve their customers, and to transform the way in which their business runs to drive new levels of profitability for their organization.

Responsibilities

  • Discover, own, and close opportunities utilizing advanced solution-selling skills to drive digital transformation business outcomes for our customers in the enterprise customer segment.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Build and manage playbooks and pipeline packages.
  • Manage contracts as W2 role.
  • Provide qualified leads, technical sales, service support, product selling training, and ISV solutions.
  • Offer Neural Impact Sales Optimization Training.
  • Differentiate and engage with clients, handle project impact and objections.

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS sales for 5+ years.
  • Pricing expertise, including proposal creation and contract management.
  • Credibility in selling to both technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect.
  • Passion for creativity and strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex details.
  • Openness to travel to meet with clients.

Benefits

  • Base Salary (Draw): $150,000.00 (US Dollar)
  • W2 Commissioned: up to 3% on lifetime Support Bonus on Managed Services + Cash Bonus.
