Driver Recruiting Manager

About the role

The Driver Recruiting Manager develops and implements effective strategies to increase the Driver and Independent Contractor candidate pipeline. They collaborate with field leaders to understand business needs and execute driver recruiting initiatives, including advertising, job fairs, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage Driver and Independent Contractor Recruiters, including performance management, compensation, and training
• Oversee Driver Needs and Requisition Tracking
• Develop and target Independent Contractor opportunities
• Drive data integrity initiatives in Tenstreet ATS and provide training as needed
• Develop and manage Recruiters’ KPIs and scorecards
• Provide weekly Driver pipeline updates to Operations Leadership
• Schedule and lead calls/meetings for priority recruiting projects
• Use data-driven metrics to build creative, location-specific sourcing strategies
• Fully utilize social media for recruitment
• Build quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Serve as active liaison between Driver Recruiting and Driver Processing Departments

Requirements

• 7+ years of similar management and recruiting experience
• Computer applications experience using MS Office
• Experience with TMW systems (helpful)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Training skills
• Exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Experience working with Tenstreet (a plus)
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time
• Availability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends if necessary

Pay

Base salary range: $70,145.40 – $93,527.20 USD annually. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
