Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified Driver applicants to improve Driver retention and safety standards.
• Interview, gather, and analyze information to obtain complete applications and pre-qualify applicants.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and specialty and dedicated opportunities.
• Read, review, and understand MVRs and DAC Reports.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience or equivalent required.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Company does not sponsor employment visas).

Pay

$21.00 - $25.00 hourly + commission.
