DRIVER RECRUITER

Responsibilities

• Communicate 100% accurate information about the Owner-Operator (O/O) program while ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.
• Provide proactive support to current O/O’s to aid in driver retention.
• Present an accurate picture of potential cash flow and expenses (e.g., maintenance, insurance, startup costs) associated with starting a small trucking business.
• Maintain high-level professional customer engagement and outstanding service using provided tools and programs.
• Proactively identify and notify drivers of approvals, truck availability, and other relevant information.
• Resolve potential problems during the contract process to exceed customer and company expectations, ensuring error-free execution of all required documents.
• Leverage intimate knowledge of available services to identify the best possible solutions for owners.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with owners, potential owners, and coworkers through adult-to-adult conversations.
• Continuously sharpen skills and performance while prioritizing tasks to build business acumen and commitment to excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in customer relations or as a business adviser in the trucking industry.
• Basic understanding of marketing and small business management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. The company does not sponsor employment visas.

Pay

$21.00 - $25.00 hourly + commission
