Responsibilities
- Communicate 100% accurate information about the Owner-Operator (O/O) program while adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Provide proactive support and solutions to current O/O’s to aid in driver retention.
- Present an accurate picture of potential cash flow and expenses (e.g., maintenance, insurance, startup costs) associated with starting a small trucking business.
- Maintain high-level professional customer engagement and outstanding service by utilizing provided tools and programs.
- Proactively identify and notify drivers of approvals, truck availability, and other relevant information.
- Resolve potential problems during the contract process to exceed customer and company expectations, ensuring error-free document execution.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of available services to provide the best possible solutions for owners.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with owners, potential owners, and coworkers through adult-to-adult conversations.
- Continuously sharpen skills and performance while prioritizing tasks to build business acumen and commitment to excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in customer relations or as a business adviser in the trucking industry.
- Basic understanding of marketing and small business management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
$21.00 - $25.00 hourly + commission.
