Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize parts and equipment knowledge to educate customers and provide the appropriate solution.
- Identify and qualify leads/potential customers in person, on the telephone and by emails.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Promote parts/product line, extended warranties, and service contracts.
- Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
- Prior equipment experience (parts, drills or heavy equipment).
- Valid driver’s license and insurable by our carrier.
- Positive attitude, sales driven mindset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.

Pay
Base salary plus commission to $85k+ (based on experience).
Schedule
