Drill and Parts Sales Specialist

About the role

Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Construction Equipment Parts & Sales Rep (CSR) to cover Maryland and Delaware. The ideal candidate should have experience with directional drills, parts, and construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Utilize parts and equipment knowledge to educate customers and provide the appropriate solution.
• Identify and qualify leads/potential customers in person, on the telephone and by emails.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Promote parts/product line, extended warranties, and service contracts.
• Work with management to develop plans to increase sales.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
• Prior equipment experience (parts, drills or heavy equipment).
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by our carrier.
• Positive attitude, sales driven mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.

Pay

Base salary plus commission to $85k+ (based on experience).
