The DoW SkillBridge program is integral to this expansion, offering a 2-4 month immersive experience designed to prepare participants for full-time roles.

Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales, providing insights into the business operations and working alongside top leadership.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management roles, fostering teamwork and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to equip transitioning service members with the skills needed to lead installation crews.
