About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on experience across various departments within the company.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insight into the 'business of the business' and exposure to top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable you to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for roles as installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
Full-time employment: Participants are offered full-time positions upon completion of the program.
Sign-on bonus: Recognizing the commitment and contributions made during the program.
