About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to expose participants to various departments within the company, including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy. Participants are supported by a dedicated Pathways team and experienced leaders throughout their tenure.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and installation management that enable collaboration in high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program tailored to transitioning service members, focusing on installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
We partner with the DoW to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as a token of appreciation for their commitment and contributions during the program. Additional benefits include:
