Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. Founded over three decades ago, the company has grown to exceed $1.7 billion in revenue in 2025 and plans to double its size within the next five years. The DoW SkillBridge program is integral to this expansion, offering a 2-4 month immersive experience designed to prepare participants for full-time roles.
Departments to Explore
Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales, providing insight into the business operations and working alongside top leadership.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management roles, allowing for collaboration in high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to equip transitioning service members with the skills needed to lead installation crews.
Compensation and Benefits
Full-Time Employment: Participants are offered full-time positions following the completion of the SkillBridge program.
Sign-On Bonus: Recognizing the commitment and contributions during the program, a sign-on bonus is provided.
