About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program at Power Home Remodeling offers a 2-4 month immersive experience designed specifically for transitioning service members. This program provides hands-on learning opportunities across various departments within the business, including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the 'business of the business' and exposure to top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable you to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
Full-time employment: Participants are offered full-time positions upon completion of the program.
Sign-on bonus: A thank you for your commitment and contributions during the program.
