The DoW SkillBridge program is integral to this growth, offering a 2-4 month immersive experience designed to prepare participants for full-time roles.

Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management roles, allowing for collaboration in high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to equip transitioning service members with the skills needed to install and manage crews.
Compensation and Benefits
Sign-On Bonus: Recognizing the commitment and contributions during the SkillBridge program, participants receive a sign-on bonus upon completion.
