About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow our business. This 2-4 month program offers immersive experiences across various departments within the company, including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that provide insight into the business operations and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable you to contribute to high-performing teams ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program designed to prepare transitioning service members for roles as installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
We partner with the DoW to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as appreciation for their contributions during the program. Additional benefits include:
