Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking a Donor Response Supervisor to join our Donor Ministries team in North Wilkesboro, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the role of Donor Response Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus ChristSupervise day-to-day activities of representatives and seasonal associate staff.Receive and resolve escalated calls from within the team.Build a healthy culture and unity among the team.Manage and schedule staffing to ensure optimal coverage throughout the year.Monitor and audit the quality of phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.Other duties as assigned What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with five (5) years management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Exceptional customer service skillsBasic computer skills including Microsoft OfficeAbility to take initiatives and ensure job duties are completed timely and accuratelyAbility to respond to a changing work environment with changing prioritiesOral and written communication skills12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required What are the benefits?
