Supervisor RN

About the role

Tennessee State Veterans Home Knoxville is currently seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time position, working 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7p to 7a), alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
• Ensure that all patient care plans are followed and that documentation is accurate and complete
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, and reorder as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a current & active RN License
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare or nursing home setting with management and/or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

SALARY RANGE: $35.26 to $48.67
