As a RN Supervisor at Millington Healthcare, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service to our patients. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide short-term and long-term care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient needs are being met, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members
• Monitor and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement of patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of [insert Minimum Years of Experience] years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a focus on geriatric and long-term care
