About the role
Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This part‑time position supports daily nursing operations, supervises staff, and ensures high‑quality resident care in a supportive, resident‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily nursing operations
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations
- Assist with state surveys and regulatory audits
- Address and resolve clinical or staffing concerns to maintain a safe and high‑quality care environment
Requirements
- Active RN License in the State of New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Pay
$55 per hour
