RN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Provide a compassionate environment supporting residents and families
• Answer questions and facilitate communication among residents and staff
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by enforcing rules
• Protect resident confidentiality and monitor sensitive information
• Manage documentation of care services
• Promote teamwork among healthcare professionals

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and positive team management skills
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
