RN Supervisor
The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is a 150-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility offering a welcoming, home-like environment for residents and staff.
About the role
As an RN Supervisor, you will support daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
- Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
- Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
- Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

Pay
Hourly range: $45.00 – $60.00/hr (based on experience and incentives). All-inclusive daily pay available.
Schedule
Full-time opportunities available on the following shifts:
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
