Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the night shift in a skilled nursing and rehab facility.
• Oversee resident care, ensuring accurate assessments and documentation.
• Manage medication administration and respond promptly to changes in resident conditions.
• Coordinate with CNAs and team members to deliver quality care.
