RN Supervisor

About the role

We’re looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse who wants to lead and supervise others without providing continuous daily hands-on care. This role focuses on care planning, guidance, and expertise to ensure clients receive top-notch care in their homes, while supervising and supporting caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Create patient Plan of Care per Physician’s orders and ensure compliance
• Implement nursing support for individuals in a home setting
• Review nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician’s orders
• Review MARs, verbal orders, and medication profile management to match Physician’s orders
• Follow policies and procedures according to operation, state, and regulatory standards
• Complete supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations, including review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and required documentation
• Provide training for caregivers and nurses as required
• Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and other required meetings

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• No less than 2 years of clinical experience
• At least 1 year in a related management or supervisory role
• Current or multi-state license in compliance with state regulations
• CPR professional certification
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information

Pay

Salary Range: USD $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Additional Information

This position includes a company car for all work-related travel and duties.
