RN Supervisor

We are seeking an RN Supervisor for our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude. You must enjoy working with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff services, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance program.
• Administers medications, performs computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observes and reports any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary.
• Orders medications from the pharmacy, provides wound care, collects and processes lab samples.
• Manages all aspects of the care plan process.

Requirements

• Active RN License or Temporary RN License.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Supervising experience (preferred).
