About the role

Network for Hope is seeking a part-time Donation Support Services (DSS) Referral Coordinator to provide dedicated weekend coverage. Our DSS team serves as the first point of contact when hospitals and other partners notify Network for Hope of a potential organ, tissue, or eye donor. The team receives and manages referrals, gathers and documents medical information, evaluates donation potential, coordinates with hospital and facility staff, and helps ensure each case moves appropriately through the donation process. The DSS Referral Coordinator is a great entry point into the Donation Support Services department for someone with healthcare experience who wants to be part of the donation mission. This position is focused on referral intake and case management rather than family conversations or donation authorization.
