About the role
The Donation Coordinator provides remote support for the donated body program during overnight hours. This role involves answering incoming calls, guiding callers through donation procedures, and collecting and documenting necessary information according to established protocols.
Responsibilities
- Remotely answer incoming overnight calls for the Donated Body Program.
- Provide accurate information regarding donation procedures and next steps.
- Gather and document required information following established protocols to confirm eligibility for participation in the donation program.
- Send and assist families with donation paperwork.
- Schedule and dispatch transportation crew.
- Accurately log and communicate calls, actions taken and any follow-up needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
- Ability to communicate both orally and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, hospice, funeral services, anatomical or medical donation programs, or related fields.
- Computer skills for data entry, call logging, and communication.
- Experience handling sensitive or emotional situations with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule
2 days per week 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (remote); In person training during office hours.
