Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Log, track, retrieve, and maintain proper organization and storage of all project documents including submittal and deliverable tracking and project logs.
- Utilize owner-provided Construction Management software.
- Review inspector’s daily reports for accuracy.
- Cookordination with Project Managers and Subcontractors to expedite turnaround times on submittal and deliverable transmissions and reviews.
- Print permitted drawings for city inspector reviews.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Administration, or a related field. 1-3+ years of relevant experience using an electronic document management system.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with technical information such as metadata, tags, and attributes of construction and non-construction documents, strong understanding of various disciplines and document types, proactive with strong planning, organization, and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly, high level of attention to detail, highly organized, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees, ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors, must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Additional Requirements: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting heavier items with assistance or mechanical equipment.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to perform assigned tasks.
- Using hands and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, and operate tools, equipment, or materials.
- Performing repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms.
- Climbing ladders, stairs, or elevated surfaces as required by the job.
- Maintaining visual acuity sufficient to read labels, instructions, safety signage, and documentation.
- Maintaining balance and coordination while moving materials or operating equipment.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments requiring frequent movement and manual labor.
