Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Organize and archive physical and digital records such as records deriving from receiving, production processes, completed jobs, training, etc.
  • Verify, accept and scan Material Test Reports
  • Verify, accept and scan records from vendors
  • Complete job close process once jobs have completed production
  • Create data books for manufactured products, when applicable
  • Schedule third party inspections
  • Create Non-conformance reports as needed and ensure they are resolved
  • Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines
  • Performs other duties or assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Able to multi-task and manage a heavy and varied workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interacts with others in terms of document control functions

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities are of moderate complexity
  • Must be able to capable of decision-making within defined role and display strong initiative
  • Excellent personal interaction skills; outgoing, confident, and strong personal presentation
  • Self-starter, willing to learn, seeks out opportunities for career and personal development
