Boise Cascade is seeking a Division National Account Coordinator to support revenue growth for Division National Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through management of assigned customers and exploration of new opportunities.
- Develop and implement programs with assigned customers.
- Provide backup support for national account managers; assist in sales presentations and proactive promotions.
- Monitor progress on account manager key initiatives and communicate account changes to branches.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and handle pricing quotes from national customers.
- Serve as an inside sales contact for customers and BMD, directing inquiries to the correct branch or sales team.
- Prepare and maintain multi-branch pricing where required.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Prepare recurring sales, inventory, and operational reporting.
- Work with large data sets and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support item, pricing, and product data maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve manual processes.
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Division National Accounts team.
- May be required to travel to customer locations and physically place product displays.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience in a related job function.
- Ability to work in a normal office environment with moderate physical exertion.
- May require additional hours for cycle counts, promotions, and business travel.
- Must be able to safely drive to customer locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in business with a concentration in data analytics.
