Boise Cascade is seeking a Division National Account Coordinator to support revenue growth for Division National Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through management of assigned customers and exploration of new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement programs with assigned customers.
  • Provide backup support for national account managers; assist in sales presentations and proactive promotions.
  • Monitor progress on account manager key initiatives and communicate account changes to branches.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and handle pricing quotes from national customers.
  • Serve as an inside sales contact for customers and BMD, directing inquiries to the correct branch or sales team.
  • Prepare and maintain multi-branch pricing where required.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Prepare recurring sales, inventory, and operational reporting.
  • Work with large data sets and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Support item, pricing, and product data maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve manual processes.
  • Provide analytical and operational support to the Division National Accounts team.
  • May be required to travel to customer locations and physically place product displays.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience in a related job function.
  • Ability to work in a normal office environment with moderate physical exertion.
  • May require additional hours for cycle counts, promotions, and business travel.
  • Must be able to safely drive to customer locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in business with a concentration in data analytics.
