Overview & Position Summary
This role provides essential administrative and operational support that enables division leaders and teams to execute key priorities effectively. It serves as a central resource for coordinating processes, managing information flow, and maintaining organized systems across the division.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cook up division schedules, meetings, and communications to support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain organized tracking systems, documents, and records to ensure accurate and accessible information for team members.
- Support division leaders with logistical and operational tasks that contribute to achieving departmental goals.
- Facilitate the processing and routing of division documentation, correspondence, and operational requests.
- Monitor and follow up on routine action items to maintain progress and ensure timely completion.
- Aid in the preparation of reports, summaries, and materials that support business operations and team initiatives.
- Coordinate basic office functions and resources to support a productive and efficient working environment.
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
- PREFERRED: Associate’s degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions
- Work is primarily performed in a general office environment with standard business equipment and technology.
- Occasional visits to field or construction sites may occur to support division needs.
- Minimal travel may be required for meetings, training, or company events.

- Ability to stand, walk, or move about the office to support administrative tasks.
- Ability to lift or carry files, office supplies, or equipment up to 20 pounds.
- Visual acuity to review documents, spreadsheets, and digital content.
