Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR regulations are followed
- Conduct new hire processing and coordinate new employee set up with Corporate IT
- Afford managers to make them aware of company policies relating to certain management responsibilities
- Conduct new hire orientation in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams
- Afford assistance with division payroll including reviewing, correcting and obtaining approval of employee timesheets
- Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions and terminations
- Afford assistance in administering worker's compensation process for division
- Afford assistance in training staff
- Afford availability to answer employee questions concerning benefits and HR policies
- Maintain division organizational chart
- Afford conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Qualifications
- Educational background: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Experience: One to three years related experience and/or training
- Skills: Ability to handle confidential information, proficiency with MS Office and email, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Taleo, PeopleSoft and Microsoft Teams experience preferred
