Job Summary
As a Division Coordinator, you will oversee the home building process from sale to closing. You will collaborate with various teams within Fischer Homes to ensure a successful closing of each home in your division.

Physical Demands and Overall Work Environment
- Must be able to use sensory skills to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills to operate office supplies.
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with occasional periods of reaching and standing.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate and manage the sale-to-close process for each home sold by acting as a liaison between the division, our external business partners, and other internal departments.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Production Process Manager, Sales Managers, Construction Managers, Market President, and other division functions.
- Prepare, secure approval, and distribute weekly and/or monthly reports as assigned.
