District Sales Manager (Columbus, OH) - Direct Auto
About the role
Direct Auto is a part of Allstate Corporation, offering home, auto, and accident and health insurance through a network of independent insurance agents and directly to consumers. As a District Sales Manager, you will engage with interested prospective customers, focusing on inbound and proactive outbound calls to connect with active insurance shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers
- Manage an assigned market area of 10-14 storefront locations
- Ensure each branch is marketing effectively
- Travel and work closely with each individual branch to set and meet expectations
- Maintain budget and control expenses for all locations within the district
- Monitor industry and trends affecting the business
- Review various sales reports and monitor daily sales results
- Develop and articulate sales goals for sale offices and each agent manager
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience (Preferred)
- P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company
- This role has supervisory duties
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Qualifications
Compensation: Base compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and qualification.
