About the role

Manage a high-volume driver board (25+ drivers)

Dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes

Serve as the main point of contact for drivers

Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery and utilization

Partner with internal teams to maintain efficient operations

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Recent truckload dispatch experience in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage 25+ drivers with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in specialized freight (tanker, hazmat, etc.) preferred
• AS400 experience is a plus
