Dispatch Specialist

About the role

Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona is seeking a highly organized and dependable Dispatch Specialist to support our growing team of service technicians. The ideal candidate will manage incoming service calls, schedule technicians, and ensure efficient communication between customers and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming service calls in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and skill set
• Optimize daily routes to improve efficiency and response times
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding job status and updates
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-demand dispatch or scheduling role (HVAC or restaurant equipment industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
