What You Will Do

• Perform all service support as well as upsells and sells service contracts to locations.
• Provide all Wascomat / Electrolux warranty labor.
• Offer installation/parts support when needed.
• Addresses all service and parts calls, customer support role.
• Coincides and schedules service calls for team and customers.
• Supports team in project manager role when needed on laundromat projects.
• Canvasses markets and drops off mailers.
• Drives the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.
• Recommend measures to improve service methods, equipment performance, and quality of service.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Maintain time and service records.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Aids in helping key accounts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in installation and repair of commercial equipment
• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
• Ability to lift up to 75 Lbs
• Ability to operate equipment, i.e., forklift, pallet jack, lift gate

Travel Required

Frequent travel to customer locations. Overnight travel on occasions.
