About the role

Link-Belt Cranes, headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, U.S.A., is a leader in the design and manufacture of telescopic boom and lattice boom cranes for the construction industry worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Design and manufacture of cranes - Quality control and inspection - Assembly and testing of cranes - Maintenance and repair of equipment

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in crane manufacturing - Proficiency in CAD software - Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs

Skills

- Proficiency in CNC machining and welding - Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems - Experience with crane design and manufacturing processes
