Director, Regional General Manager

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset financial performance and capital expenditure strategy with regional stakeholders
• Lead the Property Management team to deliver exceptional customer service at Rockefeller Center
• Collaborate on executing comprehensive asset strategies aligned with long-term goals
• Mentor and develop the PM team for talent growth and retention
• Implement customer experience initiatives to enhance the company’s service culture
• Manage the ZO. amenities platform and programming for overall success
• Develop initiatives for operational efficiency and reduced expenses across the portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Architecture/Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of property management experience with portfolio oversight
• Proven ability to oversee all aspects of property management in coordination with design and construction teams
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willingness and ability to travel between buildings for effective team communication

Pay

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
