DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRIES

About the Role

Harmony Ministries believes that the Bible should be exciting, good leaders always care, and worship can be really fun. This position focuses on assisting in the preparation of teens during their Middle School and High School years to build on the foundation of four basic truths from Luke 2:52: intellectual growth (wisdom), physical growth (stature), spiritual growth (favor with God), and social growth (favor with each other).

Responsibilities

• Lead youth ministries, including Middle School and High School classes and activities.
• Create environments where students can connect relationally with God, their leaders, and peers.
• Facilitate fun and engaging opportunities for teens to develop their knowledge, understanding, and application of faith.
