About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage team dynamics, fostering collaboration and productivity among project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and clients.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to align resources and support project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
