Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage team dynamics, fostering collaboration and productivity among project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and clients.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to align resources and support project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
