Director of Rehabilitation / DOR - full-time

About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative software solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to improve coding standards and practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
