About the role
Lead a passionate rehab team at Avir at Balch Springs, a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
