About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains high-quality software products in accordance with project requirements.
  • Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project goals and user needs.
  • Conducts code reviews and provides feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Works closely with QA team to identify and resolve bugs and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
