Director of Rehabilitation / DOR - Full-Time

About the role

Responsible for leading a team in developing innovative software solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
