  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of provider relations representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional service to providers and meets established KPIs.
  • Collaborate with provider relations representatives to develop tailored strategies to nurture these key relationships, address their needs, and drive mutual growth and success.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of providers and enhance customer value.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of account management strategies and initiatives. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, account management, operations, and clinical; to align efforts and drive synergy across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve shared goals.
  • Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and optimize the sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and provider satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the provider relations representatives, focusing on areas such as sales techniques, relationship management, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field. Pharm. D. preferred. Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the compounding industry. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Deep understanding of compounding pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry trends preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
