Responsibilities
- Successfully manage, lead, and develop the property management staff in the market, ensuring thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Effectively mentor and manage your team to reach overall organizational goals.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strategic relations with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Expand the business base through regular contact with key clients and prospective clients.
- Manage your day effectively and anticipate challenges to respond accordingly.
- Maintain existing clients while continually expanding the business base through regular contact with key clients.
- Directly manage portfolio properties as necessary.
- Actively recruit within the marketplace to grow the office strategically in defined market segments while setting growth targets for each year.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive third-party experience managing commercial real estate.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Must possess a valid real estate license.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with a high degree of professionalism and experience managing staff.
- Must have strong experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
- Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management.
Qualifications
- Industry-specific certification such as CPM and/or RPA preferred.
- Understanding of market cycles and the ability to set short and long-term strategies.
- Demonstrate accountability with budget and capital expense.

Pay
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $179,127 to $190,000. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
