About the role

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, a strong background in nursing, and experience in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Nursing Services to meet the needs of residents
• Supervise Nursing Services 24/7 and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the state of practice
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role
