About the role

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) | RN to join their team in Belleville, IL. This role is part of a leadership team focused on clinical support, staff retention, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality standards of care through 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
• Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and residents' total needs
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator
• Mentor and develop other nursing staff through a superior DON mentorship program
• Support personal and professional development through tuition reimbursement for leadership skills and clinical expertise
• Collaborate with a network of professionals to enhance your new role

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the state of practice
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
